Interview: Qubee to explore its customer in five new cities

Qubee has planed to start its services in five more stations of the country very soon subsequently it received an overwhelming response from customers in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Hashim Sheikh, CMO Qubee, shares his views in an exclusive interview with Telecom Recorder.

Internet service has now become the basic need of people but millions of users in Pakistan are still seeking a cutting edge technology for connecting themselves with the rest of the world.

The number of customers’ base has been widening with passing of each day as a matter of fact the service quality we offer are best for customers at reasonable rates.

The company has launched officially our broadband service in the economic hub of the country in May 2010 with the philosophy of customers’ care on the top of our priority. The services have been introduced to large number of customers in Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi in October 2010.

Now we have planned to expand our services in five other cities in near future to get the edge over rest of the players, he vowed.

Qubee will never stop its investment in the country where millions of customers are waiting to buy its quality service. We have planned to explore customers so we will expand our services in maximum cities of the country.

We will provide broadband service in every big and small city of the country, as he believes to implement on the motto “Broadband for All.”

In the faster-than-expected competition among broadband operators only those companies will survive who are financially sound and equipped with latest technology.

The service charges also matter a lot therefore, we do a lot of care about it and offer 1 Mbps in Rs750 per month. This is the lowest rates in the country offered by any Wimax broadband operator in the country.

Qubee sales agent will offer door-to-door service in the potential and literate areas of the city. Besides, 50 sales and service centre, the service promotion is also done through telesales and four to five thousands phone calls are made every day.

The company believes in retaining its customers on its network and decides to fix every minute snag within the hours of the complaints. Almost 80 percent of the complaints get resolved in first calls.

We provide the latest technology of Wimax, which is called as 4T4R. This is the most advanced technology in the world and we are the first who brought it in the Pakistan. None of the market player in Pakistan has adopted this technology, however, as we introduced it, other operators also shifting their network on this technology.
